So, gathering ended at three…

My Body fat measure 13%, Jin Body fat measure 10%…

No more fattening food anymore…

I ate as much as i could within this 3 days.
So, it’s enough already…
AGR, CBT, SPEED & SRENGTH TRAINING….

Next Aim will be the 24Km Marathon run……

I don’t care what happened 1 year ago.
What i care most is our future…

NEW YEAR RESOLUTION ~

One year has passed…

In the year 2008…

• The first full year that i get with them. MY 156 !
• Knew a lot of nice and caring colleague at TAG Heuer
• I got my favourite bike ( XIAO HONG ), though has given me a lot of trouble.
• I got my class 2A and class 3 license.
• A YEAR THAT I ENTER ARMY !!!!!!
• A year my Best friend got his OCS and another best friend got his MR SINGAPORE !

Overall, everything seemed fine with me except for a bit of economy.

So, in the year of 2009….

• I hope i can be able to save quite some money
• Hope to enter OCS !
• Hope i can improve my dancing.
• Bought all the clothes and cap that i want ! (Especially my porter bag)
• Improve my body fitness
• IMPROVE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH 156 (Though already very good ! HAA)
• last thing, i hope my xiao hong can stop giving me trouble (PLEASE)

Why am i not talking about love at all ?!
Because i am not hoping for that at all !!!!
